Hi, I'm Sally - welcome to my website. I'm here to help you :-)
I help support women in their 40's and 50's who are suffering with peri menopausal and menopausal systems, such as weight gain, loss of energy, sleep issues, thinning hair, poor hair and nails. If this sounds like you then please do get in touch and we can arrange a consultation, which is free and with no obligation.
We can work together on a weekly basis, and I will show you how moving your body more can help improve your mood and help you to tone up, feel fabulous and lose weight. I'll design a exercise programme just for you, and each week I'll monitor your progress, making any tweaks as we need to. In between our weekly training session, you will need to commit to working out at lest once, ideally twice, and if you like to do another class of some kind, then that's a bonus.
I'm mobile across North Somerset and currently arranging to see clients in an outside space.
I'll create a unique program of exercises just for you, taking into consideration your preferences and ability. We'll work together on a weekly basis and I will help you to reach your goals by providing motivation, support and expertise.
